By accessing or using BuildsAI (https://buildsai.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

BuildsAI allows users to turn AI ideas into hosted, monetizable applications using no-code tools. We provide infrastructure, hosting, billing, and app scaffolding. All applications must comply with these terms and applicable laws.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to use BuildsAI.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share or resell access to your account without permission.

• Do not upload or generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• You must comply with Australian laws and relevant regulations.
• BuildsAI reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content or user at our discretion.

Builders earn revenue via subscriptions or usage billing on their apps. BuildsAI takes a 15% platform fee. Stripe Connect is used for payouts, and builders must comply with its terms.

• All IP in the platform, templates, and tools is owned by BuildsAI.
• You retain rights to the apps and prompts you create, except where they infringe on third-party rights or violate these terms.

You are solely responsible for content submitted or created using BuildsAI. You grant BuildsAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, and display your apps for the purposes of providing the service, including marketing, unless you opt out.

• Platform pricing is listed on our website and may change with notice.
• Pro plans and usage credits are billed via Stripe.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

BuildsAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business arising from use or inability to use the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted here, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
